Our world is an overwhelming place and sometimes life can feel confusing, frustrating, boring or even frightening. Is it any surprise that mental health difficulties have increased and that our wellbeing is low.

If you find yourself feeling this way,

get in touch.

On paper my name is Dr Helena de Klerk, but my clients and colleagues call me Lena (pronounced Layna).

I am an experienced chartered counselling psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and EuroPsy. I am also a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and also an EMDR therapist and clinical supervisor.

I work with children, young people, adults and couples. I offer clinical supervision and support small businesses to reach their potential. I offer support to my clients worldwide via zoom. I speak English, Dutch and German and have a basic grasp of French, Italian and Spanish.
